What is the Car Club Challenge?
It is not about working with cars.
You will be challenged to determine the best location for a new Enterprise Mobility Car Club operation. You will gain experience in analysing market opportunities, evaluating commercial considerations and presenting your recommendations to Enterprise Mobility leaders in a multi-disciplinary team, just like in a real business.
By taking part, you will have the opportunity to:
- develop teamwork and collaboration skills by working with fellow students to solve a complex business challenge;
- increase your commercial awareness, business know-how and global insight by exploring how business decisions are influenced by market trends, customer needs and international mobility solutions; and
- build leadership and presentation skills by influencing others, contributing ideas and presenting recommendations with confidence.
Fast-track interview opportunity
- The winning team will be awarded fast-track interviews for our Graduate and Placement opportunities.
- In addition, Enterprise Mobility representatives will identify highly engaged and standout participants throughout the Challenge, who may also be offered the opportunity to fast-track to interview, regardless of whether their team wins.*
*If you are an international student, a mock interview will be offered instead if you do not have a manual UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. The company does not currently offer skilled worker visa sponsorship.
To book, please complete the MS Form for The Employer Challenge by Thursday 22 October.
