My Details - system maintenance 17-22 July
My Details will be undergoing major system upgrades from Friday 17 July 16:00 until Wednesday 22 July 12:00 (UK times). Please don't attempt to update your personal details between those times as your data may not be saved.
During your time at UoB, you may need to update your address, change your phone number, update your emergency contact details or make other changes to your personal information.
Use My Details to easily and conveniently update and manage your personal information. My Details is an online self-service platform that you can access from any location and at any time.
You need to log in using your student username and password - not your email address. Your student username (sometimes called ADF username) is the part of your email before the @. So if your email is abc123@student.bham.ac.uk, your student username is abc123.
It’s your responsibility to keep your personal details up to date including your personal email address(es). If we don't have accurate and up to date contact details for you, we won’t be able to communicate important information to you.
