The Birmingham Project is an intensive and exciting one-week challenge for first year undergraduate students (Birmingham campus only) that will take place from Monday 9 June – Friday 13 June 2025. This programme offers you the opportunity to work in small groups with students from across the university.

The programme is split into seven different themes, each supported by a top employer. Over one week, you are tasked with creating a challenge solution. There is full guidance and support throughout with access to a dedicated Teaching Assistant and an opportunity to meet with employers during the Employer Mentoring sessions. Take the opportunity to broaden your network, develop strong team working and enterprising skills, and give yourself distinctive and quality experiences to talk about in future applications!
