PGR: Researching career options in an uncertain world: An Essential Guide for PGRs

Things on campus may be operating a little differently then usual, but there are still plenty of resources that you can tap into to help with your next steps post-PhD.

Join PGR Careers Adviser Holly Prescott for a 'demo' of some of the top virtual careers resources that are especially useful for PGRs navigating the uncertainty of the 2020 job market. including:

• 'Places to start' with exploring career options beyond academia;
• Where to look to find out what other PhDs have gone on to do;
• Tips to help you research the impact of Covid-19 on job sectors that interest you.

This will be followed by a Q&A and information on how to access further support through Careers Network.

Please note: this webinar covers the same material as the webinar held on 7 July that was called 'Careers support for Postgraduate Researchers: An Essential Guide.' If you attended that webinar, then you will already have the information presented.
