PGR Film Club
- Dates
- Wednesday 12 June 2024 (17:00-21:30)
To celebrate 20 years since the official release of Means Girls in the UK, join us for a Film Club ‘that is so fetch’. Led by UGS Scholar Katrina (who does go here), immerse yourself into the iconic world of the Plastics.
Written by Tina Fey, the comedy follows Cady Heron played by Lindsay Lohan who transfers to an American school after years of home-schooling in Africa. Unaware of the social cliques, bullying and teenage drama, she is soon caught up in the chaos of high school.
The screening will take place on Wednesday 20th June because ‘on Wednesdays, we wear pink’, so do dress for the occasion!
Fancy some Mean Girls trivia? Join us from 5pm for a quiz to test your knowledge, followed by prizes and on-theme snacks!
Location: Westmere, next to Winterbourne House on Edgbaston Park Road (G15 on the campus map). You can find full accessibility information for the building here.
