Adaptability refers to the ability to change and remain flexible when encountering new or different circumstances.

The Covid pandemic has taught us just how much work situations can change - and fast.

This has emphasised why, now more than ever before, employers value the qualities of adaptability and flexibility in potential new employees and seek out people with these skills.

This interactive training session led by Performance Psychologist Andrew Dewar (PhD UoB alum, 2012) will help you to understand, develop, and leverage the skills of adaptability and flexibility so that you can show employers that you are capable of flexing to changing circumstances.

We'll cover why adaptability is so important to employers, how you can develop - and almost certainly already have developed - your adaptability, and how you can demonstrate your adaptability to employers in applications and interviews.

This session is open to all PGTs and PGRs.
