Are you a postgraduate researcher at the University of Birmingham? Want expert public engagement experience, experience sharing your findings with the education sector, and the chance to learn more about crafting museum text and exhibits about your research? Could you communicate your research findings to children aged 7-11?
Enquiring Minds: An interactive, problem-solving exhibition is a new exhibition on campus taking place 20-31 May 2024 for children aged 7-11, and spotlights the work of postgraduate researchers from across the University of Birmingham: we're looking for postgraduate researchers to take part!
In Enquriring Minds, each exhibit you design will offer a fun and hands-on introduction to a research question currently under investigation, giving you the opportunity to think creatively about your research, about engaging young learners, and the chance to gain invaluable public engagement experience.
Sign up for our virtual information event to find out more about this exciting opportunity!
This virtual information event will give further details of the exhibition concept, related training events, key dates, and selection criteria. The exhibition organisers will also be able to answer any questions that you have about this project.
