PhD Chat: Time Management

Being a PhD researcher is a hugely rewarding journey in many ways, but can also involve challenges. Any questions or concerns you have will be shared by others, so talking to fellow researchers can help you on your PhD journey.

Our PhD Chat sessions are led by current PGRs (our UGS Scholars), so you can meet other PGRs, ask questions and learn more about support that is available, whilst also sharing your own experiences and helping others. Each session involves an introduction to a specific topic related to pursuing a PhD, followed by informal group discussion and experience sharing.

This PhD Chat welcomes PGRs at all stages of their study. We will chat about time management being a common challenge in our PGR life. We will also come across topics such as work/life balance, procrastination, passing the milestones… you name it! It'll be great to gather together and meet some fellow PGRs over a cup of tea or coffee - come chat!
