Experiencing lots of stress, or long-term stress, can impact our physical and mental wellbeing. The first step in managing stress is to understand how stress works and identify the stressors. In this workshop Bloomwise provide tips and strategies for identifying and managing stress so that you can be happier, healthier and more productive.
Bloomwise is a mental health consultancy that offers workshops about all things mental health. Both co-founders of Bloomwise established the company during their PhD studies at the University of Birmingham.
Both workshops are open to all postgraduates (postgraduate taught and postgraduate research).
We hope to see you there!
