Postgraduate Doctoral Loan
The UK Government is offering a Postgraduate Doctoral Loan of up to £26,445 per student. The loan, which is not means tested, will be divided equally across each year of your course. The money will be paid directly to you, so you can choose to use it towards your course fees or living costs.

Earning while you learn
One of the primary means of supplementing your finances while studying on a postgraduate programme is by taking on part-time employment. There are several ways in which the University can help you to finance your postgraduate study through paid work, including teaching assistantships, part-time employment, the Student Mentor Scheme and the Westmere Scholarships (for postgraduate research students only).
