Revise and Refresh at the Main Library
As exams get closer, it's a good idea to take time to get help with exam preparation and also to look after your physical and mental health and wellbeing.
At the Main Library on the 13 March and 27 March, you can get help with exam preparation as well as taking time out for half an hour by doing some meditation, making a pom-pom Spring chick, taking a wellness walk or simply spending five minutes with one of our doggy friends in UBWell! Don’t worry if dogs aren’t your thing, there are just two of them and they are on a lead in the UBWell area.
Feel free to come along to any of the sessions - no booking required - or just take a few minutes break from your desk and find out about all of the help available to you right now.

- Plus two lovely dogs to pet in UBWell 10:00–12:00 on 27 March
