Room Bookings

The Multifaith Chaplaincy is open for bookings for Chaplaincy-related activities and student faith society events.

Details of the available spaces, including room capacities and facilities, can be found on our room descriptions page.

Members of the University are also welcomed to use the piano in the Worship Room and the Cadbury Room for practice/rehearsal (walk-ins welcomed, no booking required, pianos can be used when the rooms are free of bookings).

For events open to the wider Multifaith Chaplaincy community, as a general rule, one-off events will normally only be accepted where they are faith related.

As of August 2026, we are pausing all room booking request whilst we update our process. Please get in touch with any enquires.
