Secure Documents website: how do I order printed copies of my degree documents?
To order copies of your degree documents:
- Go to the Secure Documents website (Verify), click "student and graduate login", and log in with your university login details. These login details will still work beyond completion; however, you must enter your email address in the format email@example.com if you are no longer a current student. If you no longer have your login details, or you have any problems logging in, please log a call with our IT Service Desk to retrieve or reset your details.
- Click on "View Secure Documents"
- Click the small grey menu box displayed on your qualification - a menu will appear
- Click 'Order Documents'
- Select the quantity of documents using the drop down menu next to each product - certificate, transcript or GPA certificate. (If the product you require is not displayed, see note 1 below.)
- Select a 'Reprint Reason' using the drop down menu, e.g. duplicate. If you select "other", you can leave additional comments or instructions (see note 2 below).
- Click 'Add to basket', then click "checkout".
- Check the items you are ordering are correct, and click ‘Next’.
- On the 'Billing' tab, enter your billing address, and click 'Next'.
- On the 'Delivery' tab, enter your preferred delivery address. This can be different from your billing address - for example we can send documents directly to other universities or employers). Click ‘Next’.
- On the 'Delivery Options' tab, select your preferred delivery option (options vary depending on delivery country.)
- On the 'Confirm' tab, check all the details, and click "submit". You will then be prompted to enter your payment details (if required) and complete your order.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched, and extra time for delivery, depending on the delivery method you selected.
Note 1: Certificates can only be ordered after graduation. GPA certificates are only available to eligible students. Transcripts can be ordered at any time. If the product you require is not displayed and you think it should be, please contact us using the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page, so we can check your account.
Note 2: Please select "other", and indicate in the box that appears, if you require:
- The envelope flap stamping and/or signing
- A reference number displayed on your order
- Additional documents including with your order
- Any other special requests
If you need any for additional documents including with your order (such as a form or cover sheet), please email these to firstname.lastname@example.org after placing your order, and please include your order reference number (beginning with DOC.) in the subject line of your email.
