The Researcher Development Framework (RDF) is divided into three domains: Researcher, Research, and Research communities. These domains will help you guide your development throughout your research, and also supports the completion of your Development Needs Analysis (GRS1) Form.
It is a good idea to complete your Development Needs Analysis (GRS1) Form in discussion with your supervisory team before committing time to attending training courses.
