Raise an online query through the Worklink Portal or contact us by phone on 0121 414 5000.

You can also talk to our Casual Worker Chatbot through the Portal, which will provide answers to many frequently asked questions.

You'll find us at the Worklink Hub, Ground floor, University Centre, University of Birmingham, B15 2TT. We're open Monday to Friday from 10am – 4pm.

Please note that we're closed on University Closed Days and bank holidays. 

Feedback, compliments and complaints

We welcome all feedback about our service, so we can provide you with the best support possible. Each time you use the Worklink Portal, you will receive a brief survey about our service provision. Completing this helps us identify what is going well in our services and where enhancements can be made. Please take two minutes to complete this survey.

If you would like to compliment the service provided by a specific member of staff, please get in touch with us through the Portal. We'll ensure they get the recognition they deserve.

If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know through the Portal. A member of our team will be in touch within ten working days to try and find a resolution as quickly as possible. 

In compliance with Data Protection Law, the University is unable to divulge information relating to your account to a third party, unless we are in possession of your signed consent and a completed third party disclosure form.
