  • How do I link a module code and students?
You will need to contact the Timetabling team about teaching activities.
If students need to see the activity on their timetable, do not use Web Room Bookings. it will not allow you to see the student and staff clashes and may cause serious issues.
  • Why is the room I want to book showing as Orange?
This means that the room is not free to be booked, you will need to find an alternative room for your activity.
  • I don’t know how to book a room, what do I do?
