Admissions

The Admissions Office is here to help and answer your questions about applying to both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

We offer advice on qualifications (standard and non standard and overseas qualifications).

We make decisions on your fee status in accordance with Government guidelines.

If you wish to apply for accreditation of prior learning we can advise you and process your AP(E)L application.

We process Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) formerly known as Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) applications for applicants and, where appropriate, students.

The Admissions Office manages the admissions process for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, providing a range of services to assist with University undergraduate and postgraduate applications.

We process and communicate all official admissions decisions on applications including issuing formal offer letters to applicants.

We provide information, advice and assistance to Admissions Tutors and colleagues across the University regarding the Admissions process for all types of applicants.

We ensure compliance with Government legislation (e.g. affecting fee status, immigration controls and age discrimination) and compliance with University regulations.

We provide a fair and transparent admissions process.
