The Learning and Development Directory for ER (LADDER) showcases the opportunities we provide for ER staff to expand their knowledge, learn new skills and develop their careers. This is supported by the '2 hours per month' pledge that recommends all ER staff engage in 2 hours of learning and development (L&D) activity per month.
