Human Resources (HR)
The HR service in the College of Social Sciences consists of a Head of HR and a HR Administrator. The Head of HR acts as a Business Partner to the Head of College and College Board, and the role focuses on supporting and delivering strategic change, bespoke projects, performance management (including academic probation) and reorganisations. The HR Administrator will support these activities as well as coordinating and supporting major annual processes such as academic promotions and annual reviews.
