News from Departments: Accounting and Finance

From 1st April Ranko Jelic will be taking the role of Deputy Head of Department, a position that he has been carrying out de facto for a number of months. Ranko will continue as Head of the Finance Group while Ron Hodges acts as Head of the Accounting Group. Andy Lymer will be taking over responsibility from Andy Mullineux as the Director of the Centre for Household Asset Management (CHASM) on behalf of the Department. Paul Cox will be taking over responsibility from Andy Mullineux as the MBA Global Banking and Finance Pathway Leader.

From the start of next term (22nd April) Lucy Dilley will be taking over responsibility from Paul Cox as the academic lead for the Department’s Undergraduate recruitment, working with Eilnaz Kafeshi-Pour and the Programme Directors. Mark Mak will take back responsibility from Lucy Dilley for recruitment to the MSc International Accounting and Finance programme.
