Meet Rosalind Jones, Lecturer in Marketing

rosalindRosalind Jones is a Lecturer in Marketing in Birmingham Business School. Roz has worked extensively in the public sector, DWP and then in Bangor and, Glyndwr University where she was Senior Lecturer in Marketing. Her research interests include SME and entrepreneurial marketing, internationalisation and strategic orientation of firms. Roz is Co-Chair of the Academy of Marketing, Entrepreneurial & Small Business Marketing Special Interest Group and on the steering committee of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and UIC Global Symposium of Research at the Marketing and Entrepreneurship Interface. She has published in marketing and entrepreneurship journals such as Journal of Marketing Management and the International Small Business Journal.

She is a 'Chartered Marketer' and Member of the Levitt Group of Senior Marketers, CIM. She is also CIM Ambassador for SMEs in North Wales. Recently Roz has co-authored a book ‘Entrepreneurial Marketing: Global Perspectives’ and was guest editor of a special issue of the Journal of Research in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Roz co-authored a ‘most downloaded’ article in 2012 in the ISBJ and ‘Outstanding Reviewer of the Year,’ presented by Emerald publishers also in 2012.
