2017 CoSS Birmingham Professional Sessions

You may recall in the previous edition of the newsletter we whet your appetite for a number of exciting CoSS Birmingham Professional sessions for 2017.  We’re now able to share more details with you.

Through a series of workshops throughout the year and in partnership with other Colleges and Academic Services, the programme will cover a range of important themes, including:

  • Wellbeing 
  • Leadership
  • Civic engagement
  • Business engagement
  • Introductions to other teams across the University

The next session is ‘Planning and Delivering a Major Project’ (12 April, 12 noon -1pm, Room 112, Muirhead Tower) at which colleagues can learn about  the experience of managing major projects within UB Sports over the last five years, including the new UoB Sports Centre, and the challenges faced and skills needed to succeed in delivering high profile projects.
