BBS Facilities Helpdesk
I’m pleased to announce the launch of a Facilities Helpdesk for the Business School.
The Facilities Helpdesk will provide a central point to make general enquiries, report faults and request maintenance or facilities services; this includes matters relating to cleaning, porterage, security, waste management, workplace compliance, classroom setups, keys, and signage.
The Helpdesk operating hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Outside of these hours for emergency support you can contact Security on 0121 414 3000 (emergencies 0121 414 4444).

You will need to provide the following details -
- contact details: name, telephone number and email address;
- location of the problem: building and room number, and;
- details of the request/problem.
You will receive an acknowledgement email once your request has been dealt with. Should you need to communicate with us regarding the request, please just reply directly to the email. Once the issue has been resolved, you’ll receive a further email acknowledgement. If for any reason you do not feel the matter has been satisfactorily resolved, please reply directly to the email.
