‘How to’ sessions are designed to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to secure a range of different types of work experience opportunities, and provide the space for you to reflect on how these can benefit your career journey.

The Work Experience & Student Opportunities team run workshops and events on the following topics:

  • Getting started with work experience
  • Finding work experience opportunities such as internships and placements
  • Creating alternative work experience routes
  • Funding low paid and unpaid work experience
  • Real voices of students, alumni and employers on work experience topics
