Appointments
You can book a 1-1 appointment with a member of The Birmingham Award Team on Careers Connect.
Queries regarding activities
If you have a query relating to your activity then please in the first instance speak directly to your activity provider (the department who organises your activity).
The Activity Provider will be able to answer any questions you have about completing the requirements to gain recognition through the award.
Queries regarding PSA points
We understand you may have questions regarding the transition from the Personal Skills Award (PSA) to The Birmingham Award. We will be contacting students individually in October 2023 with information on the process for declaring your PSA points into activities on The Birmingham Award, but if you have any further questions please email The Birmingham Award team.
