Residence Life peer support
The Residence Life team is here to support you if you’re living in student accommodation, providing peer-to-peer wellbeing support and exclusive student events. Explore Residence Life.
Free sport with Active Residences
Active Residences provides free access to sport if you’re living in University or partner-owned accommodation. Designed for everyone and all abilities, beginners are welcome and encouraged! Connect with others, improve your wellbeing, and get active with Active Residences.
Community Living
Your student Community Wardens work in your local area to make your community a better place. Between organising litter picks, upcycling workshops, and canal grapples, they also provide information, advice, and support to help you get involved in your local community.
Housing advice and guidance
Whether you’re about to start your renting journey or already settled in, the Guild’s Housing Hub offers practical advice on house hunting, preparing to rent, and living in your new home. Plus, you can reach out to the Guild Advice team if you have any concerns about your housing situation.
Housr: find your student house
The University has partnered with Housr, a free student-focused platform for private housing. Housr offers verified listings, UoB Approved landlords, and roommate matching so you can find the right house for you. Take your time looking for a house and housemates; there’s no need to rush to rent! Download the app.
