Move for Your Mind
Long study sessions often mean lots of sitting, so remember to take regular breaks to move and recharge. Whether it’s gym time, dancing, or stretching, it all helps. May is also National Walking Month, so why not set a goal to get your steps in? Boost your mental health by moving more.
