U21 Global Citizens

Are you interested in developing your leadership skills? 

Universitas 21 Global Citizens course is a free online leadership development course which allows you to connect, learn and discuss global issues with students around the world including social and environmental challenges.  

You will be part of a cohort of up to 2000 student innovators across the world. By developing ideas together, across borders and time zones, you will develop the skills needed to thrive in the 21st century whilst tackling some of the world’s most pressing problems, outlined in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG). With the support of trained facilitators, you will further develop your cultural competency and awareness throughout the course turning your learning into valuable global action.

The programme will take place online across three weeks between 10 - 28 March 2025. 

The majority of the course will be online and available to access and engage with at any time to suit you. The only fixed timings are the workshops as detailed below;

 Week 1 content goes live – Mon 10 March 2025, with workshops available on either;

  • Tuesday 11 March 03.00 – 04.30 GMT 
  • Tuesday 11 March 13.00 – 14.30 GMT 
  • Wednesday 12 March 05.00 – 06.30 GMT 
  • Wednesday 12 March 17.00 – 18.30 GMT 

 Week 2 content goes live – Mon 17 March 2025, with workshops available on either;

  • Tuesday 18 March 03.00 – 04.30 GMT 
  • Tuesday 18 March 14.00 – 15.30 GMT 
  • Wednesday 19 March 05.00 – 06.30 GMT
