Room Bookings

Rooms in the Multifaith Chaplaincy are free to book for University members — including students, faith societies, University departments, and the Guild of Students. Priority is given to Chaplains and student-led faith and belief societies.

If you’d like to use a piano, we have two available: one in the Worship Room and another in the Cadbury Room. These can be used for rehearsals or practice whenever the rooms are free - no booking needed, just check that the space isn’t already reserved.

When using the Chaplaincy, please be considerate of other events taking place in the building so that everyone can enjoy the space.
