Outlook email update: Deleted messages restored
Before the Easter break, IT Services identified an issue with Microsoft Outlook that caused emails older than 30 days to be deleted for some students.
The issue has now been fixed and, following a successful automated restoration, all affected emails have been restored.
As a result of the restoration, it's possible that some emails you had previously deleted have reappeared in your inbox. If you manually restored emails while the automated process was running, you may also see some duplicate messages in your inbox. Any emails you no longer need can be deleted as normal.
In some cases, restored emails may appear in your Deleted Items folder. If you think emails are missing, please check this folder first. You can move these messages back into your inbox if needed.
