System upgrades continuing

Last week we announced upgrade work will be taking place on our records system, these upgrades are still ongoing. 

Most of the work will take place in the background so you’ll still be able to login to key services like MyUoB, Canvas and the Library. Some processes maybe unavailable or slower than usual to complete during this time, for example: 

  • You won’t be able to update your personal details 

  • We won’t be able to process new leave of absence requests, reasonable adjustment plans, or online registrations.  

We expect everything to be back up and running now by end of day on Thursday 23 July. Please keep an eye on the IT Service Desk for updates or to report any issues.
