Join us at Birmingham Pride 2024
Birmingham Pride has been a cornerstone for the LGBTQ+ community for decades, bringing together tens of thousands of members of the LGBTQ+ community, friends, families, allies, and supporters in celebration of equality and love.
This year, the much-anticipated event is taking place over the weekend of 25 and 26 May. Check out what’s on at Birmingham Pride.
We'll be marching on Saturday 25 May with six local institutions (Aston University, Birmingham City University, Birmingham Newman University, University College Birmingham, University of Law and University of Wolverhampton) to demonstrate our joint commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusivity in higher education. We're also hosting our very own stall at Smithfield Live.
More than 600 students, staff, and alumni marched together at last year’s parade. We want this year to be bigger than ever, but we need your support. Let’s paint the town with love, pride, and plenty of colour to show our dedication to diversity and inclusion in a fun and meaningful way!
