Have your face projected onto Old Joe as part of our UoBe Festival!

It’s official! Our UoBe Festival is back bigger than ever, with more activities, events and entertainment lined up for all students. Kicking off on Sunday 23 January, the week-long festival has something for everyone, whether you want to learn a new skill, make connections, or simply have fun and create memories. Fancy seeing your face projected onto the icon that is Old Joe?

To celebrate the launch of UoBe Festival, we are running our #JustBe campaign. We want you to share one word to describe what you want to be in 2022. For example: kind, active, courageous or happy. We will then project these pictures onto Old Joe as well as sharing across our socials. Simply take a picture of yourself holding a sign saying #JustBe and any word you wish to be in 2022! Email your photo and full name to studentcommunications@contacts.bham.ac.uk. The closing date for submissions is Monday 10 January 2022.
