The Big Birthday Bash
It’s our party and you’re all invited! To mark the University of Birmingham’s 125th anniversary, come along and celebrate with us during the first week of UoB Xtra. With a wide selection of party games and inflatables, who’s coming?
UoB Outdoor Cinema
Back by popular demand, we’re putting together an exciting programme of films for you to enjoy across the first week. From cult classics to modern faves, look out for your chance to vote on what films you’d like to see.

Registrations for our 3K are now open so don’t miss out on your free t-shirt! Come together to walk, run, push or skip your way across our beautiful campus on Wednesday 11 June. Whether you do it solo or in a group, we can’t wait to see you at the starting line. Register your place.
Valefest 2025
Valefest is back! Head to the Vale Village for a music festival hosting live acts from Birmingham and student talent. Open to all students, it's a great way to relax with friends against a backdrop of live music and good vibes. Note: this is a paid event. Buy your ticket.
