Upgrade to on-campus printing service

We’re upgrading the University’s print system to bring you a more secure, and reliable printing, scanning, and photocopying experience across campus. 

While we carry out the work there will be some temporary disruption to services. We recommend organising your printing, photocopying, and scanning needs in advance to avoid any issues. 

When is this happening? 

Friday 31 January: 

  • The online print credit payment system will be unavailable from 16:00 for upgrades. 

  • By 21:00, the new system will be live. You’ll need to use the new web address to buy printer credits. 

  • Any existing printer credit will automatically transfer over to the new system. For more info, visit our knowledge guide

Saturday 1 – Sunday 2 February: 

  • All campus printing, photocopying, and scanning services will be unavailable.
