Have you considered engaging in a global experience during your degree? Whilst the university offers a multitude of different international experiences, completing a year abroad is the most popular option. We’re here to help you find the best opportunity to suit you and your degree!
The Go Global Fair is the place to find out all the information and ask as many questions as you can.

We encourage all students to attend the event. It’s completely free to attend and you’re welcome to come and go from the event as suits you.
You’ll take a miniaturised trip around the world as you bounce between our themed country tables. Students on exchange at UoB from countries all over the world and our own returning study abroad students will tell you their best stories and give you the insider information. Ask them for photos and videos of their year abroad or for tips on finance and phone plans. They’re here to help.
For more specific details, we are honoured to welcome a vast array of representatives from around the world. Dialling in virtually, we have the Universities of Wyoming, Maine and Queensland and attending the event in-person are a multitude of universities from Australia to Japan, Ghana and so much more!
