Congrats to our Welcome Bingo prize winner!
Financial Management student Aditya has won the top prize in our Welcome Bingo game!
Inspired by the classic bingo game, new students were challenged this term to meet people, do fun activities and learn about UoB – all in the name of exploring and settling into Birmingham.
Aditya’s experiences included meeting another student from a different country (Sara from Germany!), taking a stroll along the canal, asking for directions around campus, and attending one of The Guild’s welcome parties.
The prize for having fun and making connections? A limited edition UoB branded rucksack, with a design to commemorate our 125th anniversary (it’s one of only 125 that were made!).
A huge well done to Aditya – and thank you to everyone who took part. We hope you’re settling into your first term, meeting new friends, and continuing to explore everything UoB and Birmingham have to offer.
