Let's talk women's safety
At UoB, we’re committed to creating a campus where everyone feels safe, supported, and respected. As part of our work to raise awareness around violence against women and girls, we’ve teamed up with your Community Safety Team and West Midlands Police officer to host a friendly drop-in session.
What would you do? Her edition
Come along, share your thoughts or concerns about female safety, and find out more about the support available to you. It’s a relaxed space to chat, learn, and connect and there’ll be FREE gift bags too!

Want to learn new safety skills?
Your Guild of Students are offering free self-defence classes, run in partnership with student group UB Taekwondo. These classes are designed for beginners to improve personal confidence and learn safety skills. Suitable for all experiences, including beginners.
