Product recall affecting Costa, Starbucks and Costcutter
The UoB Food Fellows team are aware of the recent salmonella outbreak that has made widespread news. We would like to take this opportunity to assure our customers that Cranswick Foods is not part of our supply chain and is not an approved supplier of the University.
This is affecting many high street and national retailers, such as Tesco, Waitrose, M&S, Costa and Starbucks. Today, we have thoroughly checked with all our supply partners to understand if any of our stock (including our franchise outlets) has been affected.
We would like to reassure you that it is extremely unlikely to have affected any of our campus outlets, but as part of a precautionary recall we have removed from sale the following items through the guidance of our suppliers.
If you have purchased any of these, please return them for a full refund. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
