Funding, Graduation and Awards are recruiting students to work at the July 2022 Degree Congregations between Monday 11 July and Wednesday 20 July (excluding weekends).

Graduations are the highlight of the academic year, and they rely on a dedicated team of ushers to run smoothly. The role is public facing and includes welcoming graduating students and their guests to the celebrations, staffing the ticket desk, providing advice, as well as prepping the venues and keeping them tidy.

How to apply

You don’t have to have previous professional experience for this role, but you need to be proactive, energetic, approachable and enthusiastic.
