Gradintelligence: Missing or incorrect documents
*Please note, Gradintelligence is only currently available for current students and those due to graduate this summer, if you completed your studies before 2025, you can access your documents on Verify, for more information see: Secure Documents website (Verify)*
If you cannot find the document you are looking for, please read the following information.
Certificates:
If you are awarded a Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree, your electronic certificate will be published to Gradintelligence after you have graduated. Please note it may take up to 5 working days after your graduation ceremony has taken place for us to publish your electronic certificate.
If you are awarded a "non-graduatable" qualification, your electronic certificate will be published to Gradintelligence approximately 6-8 weeks after you complete your programme. For more information, please see: Will I still receive a certificate if I am awarded a non-graduatable qualification?
If you completed a Boot Camp, please use the following contacts for replacement certificates:
- If you studied in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences (for example, Full Stack Coding, Data Analysis, UXUI, Web Development, Cyber Security, Net Zero Together), please email epsbootcamps@contacts.bham.ac.uk
- If you studied in the College of Arts and Law (for example, Data Skills for Creative Industries, Drama and Scripted TV), please calbootcamps@contacts.bham.ac.uk
Transcripts:
An electronic transcript should be available on Gradintelligence throughout your studies, and after completion.
When a change is made to your student record (for example, the release of a mark), it can take a few hours for us to update your transcript.
Provisional marks cannot be displayed on transcripts. For more information, please see: Why are some marks missing from my transcript?
