Which? Elderly Care is a source of free and independent information and advice on care choices for older people across the UK. It's a not-for-profit branch of Which?, and has a useful care services directory.
Barefoot Birmingham run a free fortnightly relaxation session called ‘Carer-Life Spa’, on Wednesdays, 11am-12 noon on Zoom. They are designed as a virtual nourishing relaxation session, especially intended to care for your body and your mind.
