The Student Disability Service are offering short 10-minute remote advice and signposting appointments via either Teams or telephone for short student queries that cannot be resolved via email or other means.
You may be able to find an answer to general queries by searching our knowledge base. If you feel your query can be resolved via email, please continue to either contact your named adviser (if you have one) or email disability@contacts.bham.ac.uk.
Advice and signposting appointments with a specialist Disability Adviser can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis by emailing disability@contacts.bham.ac.uk. If you request an appointment and it is noticed that you have been allocated to an adviser, please be aware that your query may instead be passed to the named adviser who will contact you directly.
These appointments are only for advice and signposting and we are unfortunately not able to write reasonable adjustment plans for students during these short appointments.
If you have any emotional or personal concerns, or are concerned about the welfare of a friend, please see Health, welfare & wellbeing support.
