We're updating our systems
We are currently completing major upgrades on some of our systems, including the Reasonable Adjustments (RAPs) service. The online form is unavailable between Friday 17 July and Wednesday 22 July and any updates to your details may not be saved during this time.
The service will be back online on Thursday 23 July.
There are three key deadlines for applications (including evidence) across the academic year for reasonable adjustments to be implemented for the following assessment period. The deadlines for 25/26 are:
- Fri 10 Oct 2025 – for January exams 2026
- Fri 23 Jan 2026 – for main summer exams 2026
- Fri 12 Jun 2026 – for supplementary exams 2026
We will continue to process your application for disability related support after this date; however, adjustments will not be implemented in time for that round of assessments.
The deadlines need to be well in advance of the exam period due to the processes and different teams involved. If you have support requirements that need to be considered for upcoming exams you will need to talk to your Wellbeing Officer about the University's extenuating circumstances procedure.
