Book an appointment with an ISAS advisor
ISAS appointments now take place on 2nd Floor of the University Centre. Please use the stairs next to the Barclays bank/Spar Shop and follow signs upstairs.
Appointments run every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 09.20am - 12.00pm and Thursday (1.20pm - 4.00pm)
We can help you with any problems or questions you may have in relation to your time as an international student at the University of Birmingham.
Before you contact us, check our web pages to see whether there is any information that answers your query.
If you are unclear about anything we have covered on our website, and would like to speak to an advisor, you may be able to book an appointment to discuss your query face-to-face.
Initial appointments last a maximum of 10 minutes duration. During this time the advisor will listen to your enquiry and provide you with relevant information and advice.
ISAS Advisors may not be able to answer some more complicated questions at the appointment and may refer your enquiry to a Senior Advisor. If this happens, you will be informed and provided a new date and time for your follow up appointment.
It is not possible for the ISAS advisors to check supporting documents for visa applications during these appointments as we have dedicated workshops for this purpose.
Students must carefully read the ISAS Appointment FAQs prior to attending an ISAS appointment.
The FAQs will explain where you need to come for your appointment and what you need to bring as well as other useful information.
