Green Course: Learn to Ride and Basic Skills April-June 2025

Skills development for beginner cyclists who want to learn how to ride a bike. The first three sessions will teach how to pedal and glide (learn to ride), and the final session progresses to learning the correct techniques for braking, signalling, and using gears (basic skills).
The aim is to develop mastery in cycle handling in a off-road, supportive, and enclosed environment and to prepare riders for cycling on the road.
Course of four two-hour sessions. Open to students and staff. Bikes provided or bring your own.

Cost: £16 staff/£8 students for the full course. Please attend all sessions.
