Important Update – Monthly Supervision Record (MSR) Form
It was previously communicated that a new online Monthly Supervision Record (MSR) form would be available from 1 September 2026. Please note that the launch of the new form has been delayed and is now expected to take place on 1 October 2026.
Until the new online form is available, PGRs and supervisors should continue to use the GRS2 form throughout September 2026 in accordance with the current supervision monitoring process.
Links to the new MSR form and associated guidance pages will be added and updated once the form becomes available.
