Are you looking for additional work experience but worried about the costs incurred? Found an exciting careers opportunity but don’t have the funding to pursue it? Looking to connect with employers or develop your confidence and skills?
Through our P2C Scheme we provide students from less advantaged backgrounds with the additional support, opportunities and guidance they need to get off to that flying start after graduation.
What is the P2C Scheme?

The P2C Scheme was developed to allow students who meet our criteria to access funding opportunities, connect with employers, and better explore their career options.
In short, we’re connected to employers who are keen to meet our students and offer them some amazing opportunities and experiences, whether it’s within the Midlands or further afield.
