International Women’s Day
Join us to celebrate International Women’s Day this Sunday 8 March. This year’s theme is Give to Gain, emphasising the power of reciprocity and support. Exciting things are happening across campus to celebrate women, including:
Thrive at UoB: the wellbeing benefits of social gardening
Research shows that community gardening can boost your physical and mental wellbeing. Thrive’s ‘Grow Well Programme’ runs small group sessions covering seasonal gardening activities. Find out more here.
PC Jones is on the beat
PC Paul Jones helps keep our campus safe by working closely with the University’s Security and Community Safety teams. He deals with serious incidents, shares crime updates, and works with local partners to improve your safety.
