Managing exam stress
With exams starting next week, it’s time to get UoBeReady. Check out our top tips on preparing for exams, managing exam stress and our practical, accessible self-help guides.
24/7 Mental health support line
It’s perfectly normal to feel anxious about assessments and we’re here to support you 24/7, whatever you’re experiencing. Contact UBHeard whenever you need to, for support from a trained counsellor. Call 0800 917 9379 or download the free Wisdom App.
Semester 2 Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that your studies can sometimes be disrupted by things beyond your control. If there are circumstances outside of your control which have been unforeseen and unavoidable and that have significantly impacted your study, preparation and therefore potentially your performance in exams, our Extenuating Circumstances procedure explains what to do next.
The deadlines to apply for Extenuating Circumstances are different for each cohort and can be found in your school handbook on Canvas.
